Every great host or hostess knows that every great party begins with charcuterie. A beautiful board presenting an artful array of your favorite meats, cheeses and fruits is the very best way to kick off an evening at home with your significant other, a meeting among book enthusiasts, or even time spent with friends watching the game. Your friends at Grayson Farmacy are here to help you develop your charcuterie wizardry with 2 Classic Charcuterie Board Workshops to teach you the tricks and skills to prepare a professional board. You’ll learn techniques for artful fruit cutting as well as meat and cheese display. Each class is $80 per person and includes all the supplies you need to take home a beautifully prepared classic charcuterie board. These classes are limited in size and attendees are encouraged to bring the beverage of their choice. Registration and prepayment required. Class size limited to 6 couples Sunday – June 26 – 2-4pm: "Classic Charcuterie" for up to 12 people
