We plan to provide an array of delicious:
house made breads and baked goodies
house pickles and jams
house charcuterie
local cheeses and olive oils
and a number of spreads and ready-made dishes to-go
utilizing our farmers' meats and produce.
On a daily mid-morning to afternoon, we will be serving an a la carte menu featuring:
breakfast items
small plates
hand crafted sandwiches
wood fired flatbreads and paninis
house soups
unique salads
and delicious deserts.
Also available, will be local coffee, house smoothies and a full bar, along with a communal table to gather with neighbors and new friends. With complimentary wi-fi, a space to work, gather with friends or just sit down, this will be the place tot get some amazing house made goods.
The full-service restaurant located on the upper level, including a rooftop patio will work in cohesion with the market to better serve the Grayson and nearby areas. Dinner and Sunday brunch will offer seasonal, local, creative plates.
